Welcome to Elextrify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital platforms, smart hardware kiosks, and advertising services. By interacting with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services (End-Users)

When using Elextrify’s physical kiosks to charge personal devices:

- You agree to use the charging ports only for their intended purpose.
- You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with our fast-charging standards.
- Payments are collected digitally for device charging services through secure payment gateways.
- Any physical tampering, vandalism, or unauthorized access to our hardware is strictly prohibited and legally actionable.

2. Venue Partnerships & Deployments

For commercial entities hosting Elextrify kiosks in their premises, additional custom agreements ("Venue Operator Agreement") apply. Venue partners must provide proper electrical access and internet connectivity as specified, and must promptly notify Elextrify of any hardware damage. Revenue-sharing is dispersed according to the specific contract duration and performance metrics.

3. Network & Content (Advertisers)

Elextrify reserves the right to review and reject any advertising content pushed to our DOOH network. We strictly prohibit content that is:

- Illegal, fraudulent, or inciting violence.
- Defamatory or infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Exploitative or otherwise unsuitable for high-traffic general audience environments.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee high-efficiency operations, Elextrify is not liable for device malfunction resulting from external battery issues, network downtime interrupting ad delivery (unless specified in SLAs), or indirect commercial losses resulting from third-party actions against our kiosks.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the commercial laws applicable in our primary jurisdiction of incorporation. Any disputes must be handled via binding arbitration prior to litigation proceedings.
